We develop a series of software programs for NMR data processing, analysis and education, collectively known as the NMR Zoo. All these programs are free to use and open-source. We welcome feedback and questions, which you can place on our gitlab repositories or send to ssnake@science.ru.nl.
ssNake
NMR processing and fitting software
ssNake is a versatile, cross-platform, open source NMR data processing and analysis program, with a particular focus on solid state NMR.

Magpie
Virtual NMR spectrometer
Magpie is a virtual liquid state NMR spectrometer based on the Bloch equations. It can be used for the initial training of students on e.g. setting adequate acquisition parameters, calibrating pulses, and determining relaxation times.

Shimpanzee
Shimming simulator
Shimpanzee is a program to teach students about shimming. It simulates spectral lineshapes as a function of shim settings and rotor angle.

Jellyfish
J-coupling simulator
Jellyfish is a program to teach students about J-coupling. It simulates weak and strong J-coupling in spectra of isotropic spin systems.

Tiger
NMR periodic table
